New York City – Part 2

As much as I love having Kingston around all the time, it’s always so nice to get away together. Just the two of us. And there’s no way we could have walked ’til we dropped if he had been with us. We probably would’ve just stared at (and ran circles around) the big tree in…

New York City – Part 1

After our gluttonous trek through New York City last week, I might look like a “big apple”. I mean, seriously, how can you even walk down the street without trying a bagel, donut, pizza, empanadas, churros… I could go on and on. And that’s all before 10:00 a.m. Anderson took on the city the way…

pinkcoffeephoto - Ginger, It’s in a part of Central Park called Strawberry Fields that’s just across from the apartment he and Yoko lived in. He was shot right outside that apartment. Yep-that’s the Brooklyn bridge. So pretty!

Ginger - Great pictures! Thank you, Lyndsay. I appreciate that you share. Is the “Imagine” decoration where Lennon was murdered? Was that pretty, old bridge the Brooklyn bridge and was it open? I think it’s cute that you can wear Kingston’s red skinny jeans already. Hahaha! Just teasing you, little one. You’re a cutie.

Carol Sauls - You brought back some sweet memories for me. I use to go visit NY every year wil I was about 17 in the summertime with my parents. My Dad was from NJ and NY and we visited all these spots plus relatives. Did you make it to China Town. Such a nice place to visit NY City!

I love visiting Anderson’s brothers in Michigan. We pretty much laugh (at each other) the whole time we’re together. Some of my favorite parts of the trip were: – Staying up waaaay past bedtime talking to my sisters-in-law and not even realizing it… until the next morning. – Checking out the ArtPrize exhibits in Grand…
